PRICING
Our goal is to offer lower prices on our items than you would find at other furniture stores. We do this by keeping our overhead costs low and passing on the savings to you. The result is an average discount of 20% - 40% OFF retail. All sales are also subject to 6% MI sales tax.

We accept cash or card!
We do not provide options for financing at this time.
DELIVERY
DOORSTEP DELIVERY
$50 front door or garage delivery for addresses within a 10 mile radius of our store and $2 per additional mile beyond.

FULL SERVICE DELIVERY
​This is an additional service and charge added to the doorstep delivery where we bring your items inside, do any assembly that is needed, and take the packaging out the door with us.
Price depends on the type and number of items.

PAYMENT
You can pay in store or pay via emailed invoice. Orders typically arrive within 2 -5 weeks. We will then contact you upon your item’s arrival at our warehouse to arrange pickup or delivery.
Please note: While we strive to provide a wide selection, some items requested for order may not always be in stock. Availability can vary, but our team will gladly help you explore alternatives or provide updates on restocking timelines. Thank you for your understanding!

POLICIES
We do not accept returns
To keep our prices low, we do not accept returns. If a new in the box item is found to be damaged or defective upon opening, we will work with you to offer a repair or replacement. Unboxed items are inspected and sold ‘as-is’ with no returns.
